What facilitators do
SoulMates facilitators:
Have a healthy and growing marriage
Are passionate about helping other couples thrive
Have experience in ministry, coaching, counseling, leadership, or marriage mentoring
Are comfortable speaking and facilitating group discussions
Embrace the mission and values of SoulMates
Desire to serve churches and communities through marriage ministry
Lead marriage workshops and events
Guide couples through the SoulMates experience
Help participants understand and apply relational-intelligence concepts
Facilitate meaningful conversations and learning experiences
Partner with host churches to create successful events
Represent the SoulMates mission and values with excellence
Facilitator training
